I created a Follow Offer but I'm not getting followers

First, please keep in mind that all of the followers you receive from Twitch Gainz are REAL users, not bots like some of the other growth services out there. With that said, you won't receive an instant and massive amount of viewers all at once; instead, you will see a gradual and more natural influx of viewers. This should actually be seen as a pro rather than a con because Twitch will suspend accounts with bot-like activity.

Second, the Offer Feed is sorted by the amount of Gems being offered. If you offer 80 Gems per follow and another user offers 100, their Offer will appear above yours. If you find that your Offer is shown too low on the Offer Feed, try offering a higher amount of Gems.

Lastly, make sure that your Offer is live by looking at the My Offers page. You can also see your Offer's completion percentage on that page as well.

I created a Stream Offer but I'm not getting viewers

First, please keep in mind that all of the viewers you receive from Twitch Gainz are REAL users, not bots like some of the other growth services out there.

If you offer 30 Gems per minute and another user offers 50, their Offer will appear above yours. If you find that your Offer is shown too low on the Offer Feed, try offering a higher amount of Gems.

Lastly, make sure that your Offer is live by looking at the My Offers page. You can also see your Offer's completion percentage on that page as well.

Why isn't my Offer being accepted by other users?

The Offer Feed is sorted by the amount of Gems being offered. If your Offer is not being accepted by other users, you may want to close the Offer and create a new Offer with a higher reward to move up on the Offer Feed.

How can I contact Twitch Gainz?

You can reach us at [email protected] – we'd love to hear from you!

What if a user unfollows me after accepting my follow Offer and earning the Gems?

If a user unfollows you after accepting your Follow Offer, the Gems they earned will be revoked from their account and credited to yours. You can then use the refunded Gems to create additional Offers. Users that do this repeatedly will be suspended from the platform.

How do Gem subscription plans work?
Gem subscription plans offer you a chance to enjoy discounted prices and receive a consistent supply of Gems each week. Once you sign up, your first batch of Gems will be credited to your account immediately. Subsequently, you will be charged every seven days, and the Gems will automatically be added to your account. You can cancel your subscription at any time (after the 2-week minimum) directly from the Gem Subscriptions page.
How do I cancel my Gem subscription?

To cancel your Gem subscription, log in and navigate to the Gem Subscriptions page. If you have an active subscription, you'll see a cancellation link at the top of the page. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to [email protected]. Please remember that there is a 2-week minimum on subscriptions so your cancellation link will not be available on the Subscriptions page until your second payment has been processed.

Repeatedly purchasing a subscription and cancelling it within seven days is considered an attempt to fraudulently exploit the system for discounted Gems without the intention of maintaining the subscription. This behavior is subject to Gem penalties, account suspension or permanent account closure with loss of existing Gems.

What does “Max Number of Simultaneous Viewers” mean when creating Stream Offers?

This setting lets you control how many viewers can accept your Stream Offer at the same time. It’s useful if you want to avoid a sudden rush of viewers and instead spread the traffic out over a longer period. By setting a cap on simultaneous viewers, your Stream Offer can stay active longer and maintain steady engagement.

What are Sub Offers?

Sub Offers let you gain channel subscribers in exchange for Gems. Because subscriptions require more commitment than follows or stream views, these Offers may fill more slowly.

What are Offer Closure fees and how do they work?

Here are the closure fees for each type of Offer:

Sub Offers: 0% — No fee

Follow Offers: 0% — No fee

Stream Offers: 20% fee

Stream Offers include a 20% closure fee to help prevent users from ending offers while others are actively accepting them. In most cases, you don’t need to manually close Stream Offers—they automatically disappear from the Offer Feed when you’re offline. Only close a Stream Offer if you want to adjust the number of Gems you're offering.

Having trouble logging in or is your account locked?

No worries — just shoot us an email at [email protected] and our team will help get things sorted as quickly as possible.

What are Stream Offer Rewards?

Stream Offer Rewards are designed to boost genuine engagement during your stream. Twitch places a high value on activity that happens directly within the stream window—like chats and follows—as it signals authentic viewer interaction.

To keep this engagement natural and effective, rewards are limited to about 10% of your total viewers. This creates the ideal balance that Twitch recognizes as authentic. Overloading your stream with follows or chats can raise red flags and potentially trigger Twitch’s fraud detection systems—something often triggered by our competitors that deliver fake bot engagement. Twitch Gainz only delivers real users, ensuring your engagement remains both safe and credible in the eyes of Twitch.

Why do I need to sign up with my Twitch account and authorize Twitch Gainz?

Twitch Gainz uses Twitch login to give you the best possible experience and seamless integration with your channel. Rest assured — we will never post chats, follows, or any other activity on your behalf without your direct action.

You’re always in full control. The Twitch authorization simply allows our platform to let you trigger these actions from within our platform whenever you choose.
